General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality
- 4+ years as General Manager of high-volume full-service restaurants (at least 7M)
- Hire, train, and consistently coach all members of our team to guarantee the highest guest satisfaction
- Oversee every facet of the venue, including managers, employees and customers
- History of successful high-volume management
