Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional adept at managing bridge projects across diverse sectors? We are in search of a Bridge Project Manager with hands-on experience in state, municipal, and private settings. If you possess a skill set thatincludes Project Management, Design, and Inspection of bridge infrastructures, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of DOT practices, we want to hear from you!


Requirements for the Project Manager role:

  • Hold a current Professional Engineer license & possess a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • Accumulated 7+ years of expertise in bridge design and inspection, including familiarity with the Bridge Inspection Reference Manual (AASHTO LRFD Bridge Manual)
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing structure plans for DOT (Preference given to those familiar with INDOT)
  • Proficient in relevant software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Oversee all aspects of bridge projects, from design and analysis to final plan tracings
  • Conduct inspections, produce reports, and perform load ratings
  • Prepare comprehensive contract bid documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with survey, roadway, drainage, planning, and environmental teams
