Job Description
This area's top restaurant group is seeking a qualified, professional Executive Chef for a new seafood restaurant.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Detailed, organized, focused
- Food ordering
- Recipe creation
- Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
- Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
- Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of running upscale seafood restaurants
- Experience with $5 million in annual revenue
- Tenure in a position as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Excellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business Mindset
- Good Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
