Director of Operations Compensation & Benefits:
· Base Salary Range - $125,000 to $145,000
· Annual Bonus Program – Up to 40% of base salary
· 5% Equity Ownership of Market Managed
· Car Allowance - $600/mo.
· 4 Weeks’ Vacation Annually

Director of Operations Responsibilities:
· The Director of Operations (DO) for the Carolina markets.
· Oversee 26 Restaurants, 4-6 District managers.
· The DO will have responsibility for driving top line revenue, along with managing the complete P&L for the overall Market.
· Establishes and communicates expectations for financial performance and operational execution, ensuring adherence with all Company and restaurant systems and procedures.
· Creates, promotes, and reinforces a guest-centric culture; holds regional leadership and restaurant teams accountable for continuously delivering on and improving the guest experience.
Director of Operations Qualifications:
· Education – bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or related field preferred.
· Experience – 10+ years multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, retail or related industry with extensive P&L, finance, and budget knowledge (minimum of $20 million) and 15+ units.
· Effective oral and written English communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management skills.
· Maintains professionalism and optimistic attitude in all situations.
· Is a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility.
· Active listening skills, self-motivator and can motivate others; ability to establish clear direction and empower others.
· Is a good judge of talent and can build, grow, and develop effective teams.
· Highly organized with strong time management skills; ability to delegate.
· Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications (Microsoft Office)
· Basic knowledge of accounting/financial concepts and financial statements.
· Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
