 VP of Sales

Strategic Sales Leader to Drive Revenue Growth for Luxury Goods Company


As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President of Sales plays a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies aimed at driving substantial revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing sales team, analyze data to inform decision-making, and build strong executive relationships.

VP of Sales Responsibilities  

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals

- Lead forecasting and reporting on progress to targets

- Oversee customer acquisition distribution and sales team enablement

- Coach and mentor Sales team to improve efficiency and exceed goals

- Resolve critical customer and personnel problems professionally


VP of Sales Requirements

- 10+ years sales leadership experience, at least 5 years directly managing sales

- Proven track record successfully leading high value sales teams 

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience in the luxury goods industry preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
