Job Description
Currently hiring for a Kitchen Manager, who is the leader of the kitchen and a culinary expert who keeps the kitchen in pristine operating conditions. The Kitchen Manager selects and motivates an elite group of BOH employees and manages the costs to ensure the overall financial success of the store.
The concept is super fun, high-energy, and provides an immense amount of growth opportunity that is not based on seniority but on performance!
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Must enjoy New Menu Rollouts and introducing new food items to the guests.
- Must like working in a high-volume kitchen with a team that is worth millions of dollars!
- Must have a friendly, engaging management style that guests and employees will enjoy!
- Must be able to communicate to your team in a way that inspires FUN!
- Must like immediate gratification! Nothing better than making someone's experience better or inspiring your team to play at a higher level!
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best in the industry.
- Celebrate your team's successes, train them on the latest menu rollouts, and develop their strengths.
- Work with the rest of the management team with P&L analysis and solutions.
- Drive results through your team.
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
