Events Chef Responsibilities:

• Exceed the expectations of every guest every time - we focus on the quality of service and of our team
• Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
• Control all costs in the kitchen and manage high standards of service
• Execute BEOs flawlessly by collaborating with the events and culinary team

Event Chef Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in the kitchen
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding high standards, clear and direct communication, a trainer with acoaching mentality, maintaining a high rate of staff retention
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - positive attitude and drive are essential
• A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
• Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
