Job Description

We are working with a rapidly growing, well-established national general construction company who is looking for an experienced Project Manager. Must be willing to work/relocate to the South Sioux NE Market.

Pre-construction and planning through the final closing, you must ensure smooth delivery of the final project to a happy client within budget and on time.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Sign off on invoices for labor and materials for payment
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with vendors, building officials, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and customers
  • Control and manage personnel, subs, schedules, budgets, and equipment, from pre-construction through final inspection and delivery
  • Create bid packages, scope of work, estimates, schedules, and documents
  • Monitor construction for quality of work, cleanliness, and safety while maintaining costs and schedule

Project Manager Requirements:

  • General computer skills
  • Ability and desire to permanently relocate to South Sioux City, Nebraska
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • 5-10 years of RELATED Project Manager experience
  • College Degree in Construction Management preferred
