Director of Operations

Seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead an entertainment experience like no other in Boston. Candidates for this role must be guest and team-focused and have a history of leading complex multi-faceted operations in Live Music, Theater & Sports, Events, and/or Multi-Venue Restaurants.

Director of Operations Requirements

• 2+ years in a General Manager or Director of Operations role for multi-unit restaurants
• Must be a true leader, mentor, and coach
• Vast knowledge of various POS systems, food and beverage, and live music operations
• Desire to learn and grow within the company

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Hands-on oversight and management of all aspects of the venue’s day-to-day operations
• Focus on driving sales and profits while controlling costs
• Build, train, and develop a dedicated team through proper hiring, training, and accountability
• Total financial accountability with a strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, managing costs, and P&L management
