Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for the hospitality and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the restaurant and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for both guests and team members.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume managerial role within casual dining concepts.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including PNL management and cost control.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Oversee and uphold high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
