Our client is looking for a Web Development Manager to assume a pivotal role in leading our dynamic web development team. **Must be authorized to work in the US and must reside in one of 12 states (see below)! (NO SPONSORSHIP provided.)

Web Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a web development team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Work closely with the solutions architect to translate architectural designs into efficient web solutions.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code for long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, quality assurance, and stakeholders.

Web Development Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of proven web development experience, with a strong background in leading and managing development teams
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with backend technologies and databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
• Successful project management experience using Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.

Web Development Manager Compensation:

• $150k - $175k salary, 5% annual bonus
• 80%+ Employer Medical coverage (including prescription and vision plans)
