Senior Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide individuals
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, solve problems, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with ERM systems, Microsoft Office software, construction software, and tools
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Supervisor
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, OR 15+ years of construction management-related experience

Senior Construction Supervisor Benefits

• Compensation ranges from $70,000 - $110,000 DOE
