Looking for a dynamic Executive chef and Sous Chefs to lead, cultivate, and develop our team to ensure superior guest experience and engagement. This position is for a Chef that is looking for growth with an established concept to call home.
Chef Qualifications:
- Experience in Upscale Casual or Fine Dinging, High-Volume concept (min 2 years)
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude while at work to all guests and team members
- Ability to produce a quality and consistent product, executing all the details, and focusing on daily operations
- Plate presentation and standards
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all health department standards for safe food handling
Chef Experience:
- 3–4 years experience as a member of a culinary management team in an upscale, or high-end fine dining
- Willing to lead by example and have the ability to work independently and exercise judgment to resolve personnel and production issues
- Prior experience as a Chef and a degree from a culinary arts training program or equivalent life experience preferably in a high-end, fine-dining establishment
