Requirements: and Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of project design and development experience
• PE certification in Washington State and Oregon
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and construction teams
• Extensive ability in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Experience in project development/site development
• Develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations for risk management
