Director of Finance Responsibilities & Duties:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead all aspects of FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow management across various timelines.
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with our parent company to establish, implement, and enhance financial reporting systems, processes, and internal controls, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Leadership: Form, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team, setting the standard for proactive financial functions.
• Accounting Oversight: Review and oversee accounting tasks, including month-end reports, payroll, tax, statutory accounts, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage external stakeholders for tax, statutory, and auditing services, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Director of Finance Requirements:

• CPA
• BA in Finance or equivalent
• Experience: 7-10 years PQE, experience in a fast-paced environment, tech/start-up environment and driving transformation in controls and accounting systems.
• International Accounting: Familiarity with both US (e.g., US GAAP, SOX) and UK (e.g., UK GAAP) accounting standards.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Tech Proficiency:Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, including Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack.
• Analytical Skills: High-level analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to problem-solving.
