General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Implement and uphold high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience with 3-5 years as an AGM or 2 years as a General Manager with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
• Ability to create staff schedules
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in managing budgets, P&L, and implementing cost-control measures.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
