District Manager Requirements:

•     A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude

•     3+ years as a multi-unit or DM role of over 5 stores

•     Solid work history with a proven track record of results

•     Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results

•     Hands-on leadership style

•     Ability to develop leaders using a servant mentality approach

•     Available 7 days per week as needed

 

District Manager Compensation:

•     Competitive base salary 80-85k

•     Strong benefits package with health, dental, vision, and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle and phone

•     Strong performance-based bonus paid quarterly

•     15 days PTO and 401(k) with a strong match
