General Manager Requirements:

• The General Manager is expected to have at least 5 years of previous experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Directing, overseeing, and coordinating various aspects of restaurant management, such as sales, costs, employee retention, guest services, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Guest satisfaction
• Strong Leader – Needs to uphold standards with the team and implement systems.
• Amazing written and verbal Communicator - Canplan and communicate effectively with the team
• Problem Solver - can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise
