General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, kitchen efficiency, and overall quality.

General Manager Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in a high-end, upscale environment with expertise in a scratch kitchen setting.
  • Ability and proven track record of successfully managing high volume sales
  • Current employment in a General Manager role within a refined, upscale restaurant group.
