Restaurant General Manager for a casual restaurant with a craft cocktail bar.

Restaurant General Manager Compensation: 

• Competitive salary
• Profit sharing: 2.5% of store net profit

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Prior full-service Indian Cuisine restaurant GM experience
• Take ownership and run the restaurant as if it were yours
• Oversee daily operations and maintain a positive and energetic culture
• Financial Accountability
• At least 2+ years of General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment—we are looking for entrepreneurial concept experience, someone who can think independently and on their feet
• Volume experience of at least $3M
• Some experience being responsible for alcoholic beverages
• Catering experience—delivery and events rather than full service
• Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
