We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead this exciting new Japanese restaurant at our Miami location! We are open to either high-end sushi omakase, kaiseki, or izakaya concept, but most importantly, we are looking for an executive chef who has built their reputation, and fanbase and is traditionally trained. 

SUSHI CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be fluent in Japanese
• Operating and managing the Company’s food operations at its retail location(s)
• Hiring and training kitchen staff
• Supervising all culinary activities
• Selecting and developing recipes and preparations
• Managing seasonal promotions
• Improving and maximizing food sales and financial performance
• Ensuring proper kitchen operations and maintenance
