The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax filings, and resolving tax issues. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of public accounting experience in tax and hold a CPA or Enrolled agent certification.

Tax Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and build relationships to foster new account growth
• Prepare and review Federal and State income tax filings for designated and new accounts
• Determine the proper workload for each staff member on the team
• Research and resolve tax issues with accounts
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely feedback
• Collaborate with Partners on tax issues and stay current on all tax laws

Tax Manager Requirements:

• CPA or Enrolled agent certification
• 5+ years of public accounting experience in tax
• Independent forward thinker with a strong work ethic
• Strong account relationship skills
• Desire to grow and be a partner in the future
