We are looking for a leader and polished, professional chef to join our team as a Sous Chef! You will be learning and working under an amazing chef and leading a team putting out only the most incredible food!

This position will require living and working in Key West, FL.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or CDC at a Luxury property
• Experience with banquets, small parties, or in-suite dining
• Mature leadership abilities
• Experience with scheduling, purchasing, and managing team members
• Experience with high-volume outlets

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Executive Chef, understand and translate Chef's vision into action
• Schedule team members and supervisors in multiple outlets and banquet programs
• Hold the team members accountable for the quality and consistency of preparations
