Director of Operations requirements

• Independent Restaurant ownership experience not corporate
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a food service environment.
• High level of guest service -- we want this person to have an outgoing and friendly personality and create regular customers in a hands-on, strong team environment.
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to grow the business for potential ownership stakes.
• Ability to grow the business as well as control costs
• This is a 50/50 admin/hands-on operational role
