Restaurant Service Manager

• Base compensation is paid hourly and based on a 50-hour workweek (10 hours of it is at an overtime rate)

Restaurant Service Manager Requirements:

• At least two years in a Service or Floor or Assistant Manager or high-level Manager role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Experience with a volume of at least $3M, drop-off catering, and some bar
• Good career progression
• Have an affinity for the exotic flavor profiles of Asia
• Take ownership: control financials, team development, maintain a positive and energetic culture
• Basic tech skills: POS, hardware, software, computer knowledge, Internet browsers, Word, and Excel
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• A passionate, decisive leader with a desire to grow into a GM role
