Job Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Assistant Account Manager for a growing CPA / Business Management Firm specializing in Entertainment Clientele. Up to $70K range.

 

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • "Full-Cycle" accounting and ad hoc adjustments on GL
  • Assist with City Business License renewals including SOS. 

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a Business Management Firm.
  • Proficient in Datafaction/AgiLink, QuickBooks Pro, and MS Office, Teams included.
